Once all the pedal spindles were sorted the frame was stood up and the arrow wedge sticker was applied. the next job was to grease the fork bearing cups and stick on the small individual head race bearings. The forks where then gently slide into place and the top holding nut was screwed into place. The frame was the turned up to its normal riding position. The forks were then adjusted and the heron lamp bracket was installed followed by the second retaining nut. The nuts were then tightened to the required limit to allow the steering the work correctly.
